Halloween Card Contest Rules: Please use stamps that you have purchased from the Artfull Hand. Deliver to the store by 5 pm 10/25. Clerk on duty will have the last say as to if the stamps used had been purchase from the shop. Voting by customers begin 10/27 and goes to 10/30. Winners Announced on 10/31! Prizes will be awarded
